Hank Dilworth, a junior at Liberty High in Peoria, placed second in the Division 1 boys final by covering the 5-kilometer layout in 15:54.5 at the Arizona Interscholastic Association state championship meet at Cave Creek Golf Course in Phoenix. Dilworth and teammate Ryan Denhof, the winner in 15:46.3, helped Liberty place third overall as a team with 136 points.
