Jonah Archer, a senior at Northwest Christian, finished fifth in the Division 4 boys final at the Arizona state championship meet at Cave Creek Golf Course in Phoenix. Archer clocked 16:45.1 to lead five Northwest Christian scorers in the top 65 to prevail by a 105-122 margin over Northland Prep to secure the first team title in program history.
